My Bond ID

Follow these steps to access, save, and use your Bond ID seamlessly for easy check in at your facility.

Accessing Bond ID

  1. Log into your user profile.

  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner.

  3. Select "My Bond ID" to view your digital pass.

Saving Your Pass

To store your Bond ID for quick access:

  • Select "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" to save your passes.

  • If you have family members on your account, you'll be able to add them all at once.

Note:

If you haven't already added family members, you can access "My Family" from the profile dropdown and add them there.

Wallet Proximity Notifications

When you arrive, you'll receive a lock screen notification with your passes so that you don't have to search for it manually.

Note:

When you save a pass, it'll also save the address information of your facility as long as you have signed a waiver or made a purchase. If you aren't getting a lock screen notification, you may need to re-add your pass from your profile.

Checking In with Bond ID

  1. Upon arrival at the facility, open your Bond ID from your wallet or profile.

  2. Show your pass to the front desk staff for check-in.

  3. If you are checking in family members, swipe through to display their passes as well.

Note:

Not all facilities accept Bond ID for check-in. We recommend confirming with the facility to ensure a smooth experience.
