Public Drop In Report

Drop-in revenue, participants, and revenue per person, with year-over-year change.

The Public Drop In Report gives you a unified view of public drop-in activity in your programming: revenue, participant counts, and revenue per participant, with year-over-year percentage changes. It sits on the Trending Analysis page of the Financials workbook.

How to Read the Report

What you can break down: the report is filterable by a variety of fields including GL Code, Product Type, and Program Name, so you can look at drop-in performance for one program or across your whole organization.

Reading the year-over-year columns: each measure is shown alongside its change versus the same period last year, which makes this the quickest place to see whether drop-in revenue and attendance are growing or shrinking.

How to Filter

Set the date range for the period you want to evaluate, then narrow by program or product fields as needed.
