Selling and refunding tracked inventory

How stock counts update when you sell at the kiosk, sell add-ons online, run out, or refund a sale.

Once a product is tracked, Bond updates its stock count automatically every time it's sold or returned.

At the kiosk

  • Tracked products show a stock badge, so staff can see what's available while ringing up a sale.

  • Every completed sale deducts from stock automatically.

Selling at zero

Sales keep moving, even at zero. Staff can still sell an item that has run out, and it shows as Oversold by N so you know exactly how many to restock.

Kiosk set to All Facilities

Staff choose which facility the item is sold from. Each option shows that facility's current stock, and the sale deducts from the facility they pick.

Add-ons sold online

When a tracked product is sold as an add-on through your consumer site, it deducts from that product's stock just like a kiosk sale. One stock count covers every channel.

Refunds and voids

When you refund or void a sale, turn on Return to stock to add the items back. Leave it off for items that can't be resold. Returned items always go back to the facility they were sold from.
