Where to find it
Open a Customer or Family profile and click Schedule. It sits next to the Activities tab.
How it works
The Schedule is a day-by-day list of everything the customer and their family members have booked. Move week to week, or jump to what's next. Filter by family member or by activity type.
Programs — classes, clinics, camps, private lessons.
Leagues — games, practices, and other league events.
Reservations and rentals — any facility rental booked under the customer.
Cancelled and completed sessions are labelled so you can tell at a glance what still counts. Every row links to the underlying session or reservation.
Customers see the same schedule in their own online profile under My Schedule. If a family asks why an event is missing online, check it here first — the two views use the same data with the exception of "unpublished" league events.
