The Programming Event Schedule shows the date and time each of your program events takes place. It is located in the Programming workbook.
When to use it
Use this report to see the full calendar of program events in one tabular view, whether you are checking what is running this week or confirming an individual session's schedule.
How to Filter
Set the date range to the window you care about, then narrow by program or session to see one activity's events. Each row shows the event with its scheduled date and time.

Column Names and descriptions
Program Name | Name of the program. Programs: Private Lesson, League, Camp, Clinic, Class, Club Team. |
Session Name | Name of the session under the program. Sessions can be broken down by skill level, season, age group, or other criteria. |
Event Name | Name of the event. |
Event Start Date | Local date the event starts. |
Event Start Time | Local time the event starts. |
Event End Date | Local date the event ends. |
Event End Time | Local time the event ends. |
