How to set up a Party
We recommend using a dedicated Birthday Parties category, especially when party rules differ from general rentals.
Step 1: Create a Birthday Parties Category
Give it a clear name for your customers (eg. Birthday Parties
Give it a description (optional)
Set your preferred durations
Note: you can choose to fix the duration (set all 4 values to the same) or
allow flexible durations, which will auto-calculate the price according to your package's price per duration.
Decide to make it auto-book (customer can reserve it immediately) or require approval - customer submits a request for a specific party time and provides their payment details.
Enable VIP Access for members (optional)
Set minimum and advance booking windows based on how far into the future and how close you want customers to be able to book online
Step 2: Create Party Product(s):
Set up your party rentals with the correct space(s), pricing and add-ons.
Use different products if you want to enable different package prices per duration or different prices per activity type packages and descriptions
Make sure to assign your products to your new Parties Category
Give your products a description for consumers to read
Make sure to assign party spaces
Configure your product's online settings (Name, optional schedule and eye-catching image!)
Add-ons: Create optional add-ons like Goodie Bags, Premium Goodie Bags, Pizza & Sodas, Cake, Extra Participants
Forms: Create forms with relevant questions for your customers - you can use forms to capture # of partygoers, special requests, and more!
Pricing: optionally set up dynamic pricing based on schedule, set a deposit and add membership-based discounts easily!

Back Office: add-ons
Link goodie bags, food, cake, and extra participant add-ons on the product Add-ons tab.
Step 3: Create a Portal:
If you want your Party bookings to live on their own dedicated link, then create a portal specific to your Birthday Parties category.
Step 4: Test your portal
Preview your portal link, make sure the content looks great, and test the flow!
