Customer Activities tab: programs, leagues, and passes in one place

The Activities tab on a customer or family profile lists every program, league, tournament, club team, and punch pass they've signed up for, with links to the session, invoice, and receipt.

What this helps you do

  • See everything a customer or family has purchased without opening invoices one by one.

  • Find league, tournament, and club team registrations on the profile, including free agents.

  • Check how many punches are left on a pass and where each one was redeemed.

Where to find it

Open any Customer or Family profile and click Activities. The tab has two sections: Programs and Passes. Upcoming events live on the separate Schedule tab.

Programs

Jump straight to Classes, Clinics, Camps, Private Lessons, or Leagues & Clubs. Search by name, and filter by status, payment, or participant.

Click a row to open its details. Session, invoice, and receipt links are on the right, so you can get to the money side of any registration in one click.

Leagues, tournaments, and club teams

League-style registrations now show on the Activities tab alongside programs. Free agents are included. Open a league row to see the division, team, role, and jersey number.

Previously, league registrations were only visible from the League → Session roster or the League Season Registrations report in Sigma. Those still work, but the profile is now the fastest place to look.

Passes

Search and sort punch passes. Filter by Active (default), Expired, or Cancelled. Punches remaining and every redemption are visible in the list, so you do not need to open each pass to answer “how many do I have left?”

FAQ

Does the Activities tab show family members?

Yes. On a Family profile it covers everyone on the account. Use the participant filter to narrow to one person.

Where are upcoming games and sessions?

On the Schedule tab, next to Activities. Activities is what they bought; Schedule is when it happens.

A league registration is missing

Confirm the customer is registered in the league session (as a player, free agent, or team member). If they registered under a different family member or a duplicate profile, it will show on that profile instead. Use Merge Customers if you find a duplicate.
