A Public Schedule Link gives your customers one page to see everything happening at your facility. Visitors can filter by activity, space, or time of day, switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views, and go straight to registration from any event.

How to get one
Public Schedule Links are set up by the Bond team. Contact your Customer Success rep and they can set one up for you.
Once it's live, share the link wherever your customers look for times: your website, emails, social media, or a QR code at the front desk.
Want to change what shows on your schedule? Reach out to your Customer Success rep. They can adjust which spaces and event types appear.
Do I need a Bond-built website?
No. A Public Schedule Link works on its own, so you can share it whether or not Bond built your website. It updates automatically as your Bond calendar changes, so there's nothing to re-publish when your schedule changes.
Embed it on your website
You can embed your Public Schedule Link on any page of your website. If you'd like a cleaner look for embedding, your Customer Success rep can make adjustments such as removing the top header.
Only want to show programs? A Program Discovery Page shows your programs only. When you filter it (for example, to Public Skate), the link updates, so you can copy and embed that filtered view.
What visitors see
The top of the page shows your facility name, today's date, and your facility's time zone. Each event includes:
Time
Space
Activity (for example, Hockey or Ice Skating)
Event name
Public Notes
A Register or Learn More button that opens the event in Bond
Filters
Visitors can combine any of these to narrow the schedule:
Search – find events, notes, or spaces by keyword
Event type – Programs or Reservations
Activity – for example, Hockey or Ice Skating
Space – one or more of your spaces
Time of day – Morning, Afternoon, or Evening
Views
Date range
Switch between Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and All, or use the date picker to jump to a specific day.
Layout
Use the icons on the right side of the toolbar to change how events are displayed:
List – events grouped by day as cards
Calendar – a calendar grid with events placed by time
Table – sortable columns for time, space, activity, event, and public notes
More options
Click the ⋯ menu in the top right to:
Print / Save as PDF
Export to CSV
Add to Calendar (.ics)
Refresh data to load the latest schedule
Visitors can also switch between light and dark mode with the sun icon next to the menu.
