Category Tax Defaults let you choose which taxes apply to each type of product, so you don't have to set them one product at a time.
Set your defaults
Go to Settings → Taxes → Category Tax Defaults.
For Rentals, Programs, Memberships, or Goods, add up to two default taxes.
Choose how to apply them: New Products Only, or Update All Products to apply the full set across your catalog in one step.
You can still change taxes on an individual product. See Apply up to two taxes to a product.
